This Arts & Crafts inspired three storey home was designed to encourage the frequent use of all its levels. To achieve this, the entry is located on the lower level along with the expansive entertaining areas. The family living area is located on the main level and the offices are located on the loft level. The use of ridge top skylights ensures that the top level captures the maximum amount of sunlight throughout the day. Extensive use of locally sourced rundle stone, with limestone lintels and sills, are complemented by many timber details. An adjoining outdoor pool, a heated greenhouse and a fully developed garden shed complete the development.
