Rae has been a member of the McDowell & Associates team for over two decades. Having completed numerous projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Maritimes, she has extensive knowledge of local bylaws and National and Provincial building codes. Of particular interest to Rae is the Subdivision and Development Appeals Board.  With a predilection for a strong argument, Rae provides consultancy direction for clients headed to or trying to avoid appeals.

Rae’s attention to detail and eye for proportion is apparent in her comprehensive drawing packages.  These showcase forethought for structure, plumbing, heating, and interior design which allows construction phases to run smoother for builders and homeowners alike.

Outside working hours, Rae enjoys a good book, a great soccer game, and just hanging out with her husband and two daughters.
